Share your experiences with how requests for more usage, credits, capacity, or paid access are handled for workplace tools. You’ll discuss decision factors, approval paths, challenges, and what would make the process work better. This study requires video participation. Please ensure you are in a quiet, well-lit location, free from distractions and background noise, and keep your camera on for the entire session. Sessions without quality video participation will not be considered complete.
