New Phone Setup Experience
Try setting up a new phone using a prototype and talk through what you expect as you move through the screens. You’ll share feedback on the setup flow, design, wait times, and overall experience. This study requires video participation. Please ensure you are in a quiet, well-lit location, free from distractions and background noise, and keep your camera on for the entire session. Sessions without quality video participation will not be considered complete.
