Personal Pension App Users Wanted – $100 for a 75 min Interview
We’re looking for personal pension/SIPP customers to take part in a one hour research interview about their experience using their pension app. During the interview, you’ll be asked to share your mobile screen while a researcher guides you through 10 key features of the app. We’re interested in understanding how easy the app is to use, the quality of the experience and how well its features are designed. The session will last around 75 minutes and you’ll receive $100 for taking part.
