We’re currently looking to speak with people who have booked hotels in the past year. Your valued insights would help us better understand how people explore and book hotels, so that we can improve our products and services. There are no right or wrong answers. In one part of the interview, you will be tasked to share your screen with us so we can better understand how you interact with the digital app/ webpage. All information you share with us will adhere to our privacy policy - if shared outside of the research team, it will be anonymised.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
Fulfillment Fee: Participants are paid the advertised incentive amount by the Researcher, less a 5% ($1.00 USD minimum) processing fee.
