ChatReply is doing early research on how legal teams handle large volumes of case paperwork and medical records. We'd like to hear how the work is done today: volumes, time spent, and how outside help is used and priced. This is a research conversation only. There is nothing to buy and no sales follow-up. Please do not share any client names, patient details or case-specific facts; general figures and your own experience are all we need.
