How do you manage your money? Tell us about it and earn up to $250 AUD!
We're looking to talk to everyday banking customers about how they manage their money and what they make of the smarter tech being built into banking services, so that a major bank can decide where it genuinely helps customers and where it doesn't. Participation includes a 4-day digital diary (up to 20 mins a day) and a 90-min remote interview on Zoom to discuss banking experiences. Incentive is $250 AUD for completing both activities. Participants must live in Australia. Remote interviews will take place week between 5th and 23rd October.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
Fulfillment Fee: Participants are paid the advertised incentive amount by the Researcher, less a 5% ($1.00 USD minimum) processing fee.
