Healthcare Patient Portal Usability Research – Mayo Clinic Patients (US)
We're an independent UX research team studying healthcare patient portals in the US. We're looking for current Mayo Clinic patients who actively use the Mayo Clinic Patient Online Services portal to complete a short set of self-guided tasks on your own device, screen-recording yourself while narrating your thoughts out loud (think-aloud). Estimated time: 60–90 minutes (covering both mobile and desktop). Compensation: $150. Please do not share any account passwords with us — only your screen recording and a couple of notification screenshots.
