We're Converge Bio, a team building AI tools for antibody discovery. We'd like to learn how R&D leaders plan, run, and make decisions on therapeutic programs, from early discovery through candidate selection. In this 60-minute 1-on-1 video call, we'll talk about recent program: how you set goals and timelines, how you decide which candidates move forward, how you work with internal teams and external partners, and where programs tend to slow down. We won't ask for confidential or proprietary information, and this is not a sales call. Your answers stay confidential and won't be shared in a way that identifies you.
