We are conducting a study on health insurance and would like to see if you are interested in participating. If you do qualify you will be scheduled to participate in an online discussion at a later date, which will last 90 minutes and you will be paid for your time. Please be assured that we are not selling anything, and that the information gathered will remain confidential and be used for research purposes only.
