Mystery Shopping Opportunity!
You’re invited to participate in an exciting mystery shopping experience! If selected, you’ll visit a designated retail store to shop for a specific furniture item (no purchase necessary) and interact naturally with a sales associate while paying attention to how a specific upholstery brand is discussed during the experience. Using a mobile app, you’ll complete a few simple tasks before, during, and after your visit - including checking in at the store and recording a short audio recap of your experience afterward. Once the in-store activity is complete, you’ll also complete a brief follow-up survey. Participants who successfully complete all parts of the study will receive $100.
