We're speaking with people who've subscribed to a printer or ink subscription service (where ink, toner, or paper is delivered automatically) and the subscription includes a printer. We want to hear about your overall experience as a a customer, including: the emails, notifications, and other communications you've received from the service, from sign-up through to where you are now. Your input will help improve how these services communicate with their customers.

Why is my participation incentive lower than expected?
Fulfillment Fee: Participants are paid the advertised incentive amount by the Researcher, less a 5% ($1.00 USD minimum) processing fee.
