Help Improve the BC Hydro Online Experience (Residential Customers)
We’re conducting a research study with BC Hydro residential customers to help improve the online self-service experience. Participants will review early mobile and desktop prototypes of MyHydro and share feedback on usability, navigation, and overall experience. Sessions will be conducted remotely over Zoom. Your feedback will help shape the future of digital energy services in British Columbia.
